If you are in a populated area it is likely that your listing will be way down the list when a search is made. If you want to be at the top of the list you may purchase Directory Positions for your listing to assure that you will be listed at the top. We offer both first place positions and 2-5 positions. If you choose the Monthly Pay Plan, your monthly cost is $12 for the first county and $5 for each additional county. The invoice will allow you to choose between yearly or monthly payment. Your listing will always come up in the #1 position when a search for your county is made.

Yearly cost is $70 for first county and $40 per year for each additional county. If you choose the Monthly Pay Plan your monthly cost is $7 for the first county and $4 for each additional county. The invoice will allow you to choose between yearly or monthly payment. Your listing will come up either 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th when a search for your county is made. Your listing is subject to rotate within the 2-5 range.

  1. You must currently have a listing at AppraiserUSA.com in order to purchase positions. Listings are free. Orders placed when no listing exists in the AppraiserUSA.com directory will not be processed.
  2. We do not charge "set up" fees and we do not require contracts. You may cancel at any time. However there are no refunds given should you cancel before the time you paid for is up.
  3. Orders are filled on "first come first served" basis. In the case of two persons ordering the same position, the deciding factor as to who gets the position will be the date that payment is received by us.
  4. All orders are subject to availability. If a county is "sold out" we will tell you in an email.
  5. We offer both a Yearly Payment Plan and a Monthly Payment Plan. The yearly payment plan is cheaper. The yearly plan (that we have always offered) can be paid by check or credit/debit card and we will send you an invoice about 30 days before your year is up. As long as you renew before your expiration date you can keep your positions.
  6. The monthly payment plan can only be paid by credit/debit card online via a recurring payment. The invoice we send you will have a link to the payment plans and you can decide at that time which one you want. Please note that, after the initial invoice, we do not send monthly invoices for the monthly payment plan. If you cancel your monthly recurring payment then your positions will be canceled at the end of your month. You will have to submit a new order and pay again to get them started back.
  7. Cost of a "Number 1 position" is $120 per year ($12 per month on the monthly plan) for the first county you purchase and $50 per year ($5 per month on the monthly plan) for each additional county. When you purchase a "Number 1 position" your listing will always turn up FIRST when someone searches for an appraiser and specifies BOTH your state AND the county you have purchased in their search.
  8. Cost of a "Number 2-5 position" is $70 per year ($7 per month on the monthly plan) for the first county you purchase and $40 per year ($4 per monthy on the monthly plan) for each additional county. When you purchase a "Number 2-5 position" your listing will always turn up from 2nd through 5th in a search when someone searches for an appraiser and specifies BOTH your state AND the county you have purchased in their search. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT SELLING THE SPECIFIC POSITION, SUCH AS 2ND OR 3RD, but just guaranteeing that your listing will turn up either 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th when a search is made and the county you have purchased is specified along with your state. Your listing is subject to rotate within the 2-5 range.
  9. If there are no top 5 positions you will be offered a 6-15 position. The cost of a 6-15 position is $40 per year ($5 per month on the monthly plan) for the first county and $30 per year ($4 per month on the monthly plan) for each additional county. A 6-15 listing means your listing will come up in the range from 6th through 15th when a search for your county is made. Your 6-15 listing is subject to rotate within the 6-15 range. Note that we do not sell a 6-15 position unless the top 5 positions are already sold out.
  10. When your order is received you will get an immediate automatic email. If you do not get an immediate email within 10 minutes there is a problem with the email address you entered on the order form. Please contact us and tell us that you did not get a confirmation.
  11. Then, within 24 hours of our receipt of your order you will receive an invoice via email for the amount of your purchases based on prices listed above. If the positions for the counties you ordered are not available you will be invoiced for the best available positions.
  12. Once you receive the invoice you can either pay by check or credit/debit card for the yearly plan, or set up a recurring credit/debit card payment if you choose the monthly plan. Your listings will be placed in the positions you purchased AFTER payment has been made. If paying by credit/debit card, this could be the same day.
  13. Ownership of paid directory positions listings and transfer policy. The licensed appraiser in the listing for which the directory positions are purchased is the owner of the positions, NOT the company name listed. This is true even if the payment for the directory positions is made by someone else on the appraiser's behalf. Since appraisal companies can not be licensed, they can not own directory positions listings here. We may allow transferring of the positions to another appraiser, but it is not guaranteed and is on an individual case by case basis. In order to transfer the positions from one appraiser to another, the request must come from the appraiser who owns the positions (not the company). We may require proof of identity if needed for transfer requests. The new appraiser must be licensed and in good standing in the state where the positions are. Also we must not have had prior complaints against the new appraiser.
  14. Positions are not sold for more than 1 year at a time, and with the yearly plan you will be given the chance to renew approximately 30 days before your term is up, allowing you to retain your positions. There are no refunds given for unused time for any reason if you decide not to continue for the full term you have paid for. If you choose the monthly pay plan there are no invoices sent. As long as we continue to receive your monthly recurring payment your positions will remain in place. If you cancel the monthly payment your positions will be deleted at the end of the term you are paid for.
  15. Additional benefit of purchasing a directory position:

  17. There are no "Google Ads" on the directory position full listing page. The free listings have "Google Ads" on the full listing page.
  18. We reserve the right to refuse to sell directory positions to anyone, for any reason, at our discretion.
