At Inland Associates, Inc. we provide sales, appraisal, and consulting services for customers like yourself, as well as
banks, corporations, and charitable entities.
Our premiere services include real estate appraisals on land, manufactured housing,
conventional stick built and spec-built homes, medical & corporate offices, industrial
buildings and warehouses, and even churches.
We have over 20 years of combined experience in estimating value, sales, & management.
If you have property you need to know the value of; for mortgage financing purposes,
sales/marketing purposes, development and feasibility purposes, tax assessment reduction
potential, and/or estate planning, please let us assist you.

| Qualifications of Staff |

Our Appraisal Staff is comprised of three individuals:
Joan Shrewsbury - our Office Coordinator & Sales Agent who joined our staff in August 1999.
Stan H. Sarvis, Vice President, is the Broker-In-Charge, and is our Residential & Small
Commercial Specialist. He is a licensed residential appraiser with license #A3863 for North
Carolina and #L1711 for South Carolina. Stan has been with the company since its inception in
1992.
James H. Edwards, President and Owner, is the Commercial, Office, Industrial, and Agricultural
Specialist. James is a licensed Real Estate Broker for North and South Carolina in addition to
being a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license #A1992 for North Carolina and #CG-134
for South Carolina.
James is also an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. He brings 12 years of Real
Estate Appraisal & Management experience from the financial institutions of United Carolina
Bank and BB&T where he was a former Trust Real Estate Officer.
