Stephen P. Corryn is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser serving the Greater Rochester Metropolitan Area. He is a full service appraiser, performing quality appraisal services for mortgage companies,banks, attorneys and individuals. He is chiefly engaged in the appraisal of single and multi-family homes, condominiums, small commercial and mobile homes. He has also worked as an expert witness on many cases where real property value was at issue.
