The "zip code" parameter is the appraiser's zip code for their mailing address. It is not a list of zip codes that the appraiser serves. You will find more appraisers if you use the "county" parameter instead of "zip code". However "zip code" is useful if you do not know the county, or if you just want an appraiser with the same zip code as your property. Do not use "zip code" in conjunction with either county and/or city because many cities and counties have several zip codes.
