The free listings at AppraiserUSA.com are ad supported. We run 3 "Google Ads" on each listing page of the free listings. The Directory Positions listings have no ads. I have had requests from people who would like the ads removed from their free listing page (because sometimes the ads were from competing appraisal firms), but they did not necessarily want to pay for Directory Positions. So we are announcing a program to remove ads from the free listing pages.

Pay a one time $25 charge that will be good for as long as you have a free listing with AppraiserUSA.com!

The order form for to pay for this service is below. Here are the complete details and agreement for the paid Ad Removal program:

1. For a one time payment of $25 we will remove the ads from your free listing page. The listing page is defined as the "full listing" that you get when you click the "see appraiser's full listing" link from the list of appraisers that is returned when a search is made. An example of the "listing page" is seen at the demo page here. You will note there is an ad on the right side of the page below the weather banner and there is a large ad at the bottom of the page. These are the ads that will be removed. This payment is good for as long as you have a listing at AppraiserUSA.com.

2. You must have an existing free listing at AppraiserUSA.com. (we can't remove the ads if you don't already have a listing!)

3. This program is for ad removal only. This does not give any positioning or preference over the other free listings. If interested in top positioning for your listing please see our Directory Positions page.

4. The $25 is per listing. If you have more than 1 free listing (due to being licensed in multiple states) you must pay for each listing if you want the ad removed.

5. Having paid the $25 does not entitle you to any special features or treatment other than ad removal. If your email address becomes out of date and the contact forms bounce from your listing then your listing will be removed, same as the other free listings. However should you re-add your listing at a later date with a valid email address you may request the ads be removed from your listing and this will be done without additional charge.

6. Each listing is assigned to the licensed or certified appraiser listed. It is not assigned to the company since a company can not be licensed or certified. Therefore the payment for ad removal is "owned" by the appraiser listed even if payment is made by someone else. If the appraiser transfers to another company or changes their company name he/she can request their ad removal be transferred to their new listing.

7. The same terms of use that apply to the free listings also apply to the listings that have had the ad removed. Again, the purpose of this payment is Ad Removal Only

8. We reserve the right to refuse this offer to anyone, for any reason, at our discretion.

9. The "Order Form for Ad Removal" is below. You will receive an immediate invoice after submitting the form. Payment instructions are on the invoice. If you do not receive the invoice check your spam filter. Ads will be removed from listings within 24 hours of receipt of payment (weekends and holidays/excluded)
